Surveyors based in the Sheffield and Leeds offices of commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have been tipped by their clients as rising stars in the industry.
The six surveyors were nominated by their clients as the future movers and shakers of the commercial property industry. There were over 1,000 nominations made to industry magazine Property Week, which opens the competition annually to identify the up and coming under 35s in the property sector.
Unknown to them, Tim Austin, Katy Brindley and Matthew Fitzgerald from Sheffield's property management team were nominated, along with David Watson of Leeds' investment team, Adam Varley of Leeds' agency team and Chris Harrap of Leeds' Management team.
Tim Austin said: "It's good to know that our clients feel we deserve recognition for our hard work and that we're doing the best job we can for them. We are always prepared to go the extra mile to deliver to our clients and offer the best service possible."
Head of LSH's Leeds office, Richard Wackett, adds: "We have been able to attract and retain some of the county's best surveyors and nurture and develop this talent to make our Yorkshire offering top-notch."
