FHP - Offices Letting - Beeston, Anglo Scotian Mills Development

Acting as joint agents with CP Walker & Son for Gilbert & Hall Limited, FHP have agreed the letting of 2 ground floor self contained office suites to recruitment specialists Recart Limited. The suites extend to 3,574ft² and a rental equating to £13 per ft² was agreed based on a 12 year term.

The Lace Mill, phase 1 of the Anglo Scotian Mills Development was built by Lace entrepreneur Francis Wilkinson in 1867 and Gilbert & Hall Limited have now carried out a sympathetic restoration of the property which contains 24 Apartments, 4 Penthouses, 1 Studio Apartment and the now let office accommodation on the ground floor. Original features have been carefully restored where possible but at the same time creating a modern working environment.
