Linden Homes - General Development - Berkshire, Wexham

Date: 01 Feb 2008

A new housing development, consisting of 66 homes, has been created in the village of Wexham, Berkshire, by award-winning house builders, Linden Homes. The Linden Quarter, featuring 22 different house types of two, three and four bedroom homes and apartments is considered by many to be the next upcoming property hotspot and is another boost for Berkshire, which has benefited greatly from the current £6m pound revamp of Slough, due to be completed by 2008.

The regeneration of the area will ultimately have a positive effect on property prices in neighbouring areas, such as Wexham, which provides easy access to Slough, M40, M4, M25 and London, whilst still allowing residents to enjoy the countryside.

Atisreal's new homes department has been appointed to provide agency services including the pre-launch pricing and day-to-day sales and marketing advice. Sandy Ives, New Homes director at Atisreal comments:

"Atisreal originally acted on behalf of the vendor selling the land to Linden Homes after obtaining outline planning permission on the former site of Wexham Nurseries so naturally it is great to be instructed on the new homes sales, alongside The Frost Partnership.

"This development is sure to put the village of Wexham firmly on the map and we are confident there will be a lot of interest from homebuyers looking to embrace the comforts of country living whilst still having easy access to London's city centre. It is also a great time to buy in Wexham as regeneration is strong on the agenda in the county of Berkshire and ultimately, this will work to improve long term house prices."
