A brand new local centre is providing retail opportunities at Oxley Park, on the Western fringes of Milton Keynes. As one of the newest neighbourhood developments in Milton Keynes, Oxley Park comprises over 1,600 residential homes and its primary school is already up and running. The Centre, conveniently located opposite the local lower school, is nearing completion, and retail tenants are expected to start moving in this month.

"Four units have been let - the largest unit has already been taken by Tesco Express, which is due to open at the end of February - and Connells estate agency, Subway and Domino's Pizza have all leased premises in the central square" commented Jonathan Whittle of Douglas Duff.
