'The highest priority will be given to strategic landscaping of the development and, being surrounded by countryside with an open panorama over Loirston Loch, Balmoral Business Park will offer an outstanding working environment.
'The quality, choice and setting of this development is quite simply unprecedented in Aberdeen and will be further enhanced when the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route opens in 2012.'
Demand for commercial and industrial space in the city continues to grow according to Duguid: 'This is an excellent opportunity for companies looking to consolidate, relocate or establish a prestigious operation in Aberdeen.
'This part of the city is also becoming "Aberdeen's Auto Golden Mile," with dealerships for marques such as Audi/VW, BMW, Land Rover and Porsche all located within striking distance of Balmoral Business Park.
'We believe this development will make a significant and sustainable contribution to the vitality of the southern side of the city.'
