Southampton residential developer Lainston Homes has been given the official go-ahead for its two latest schemes.
The company received planning permission for a six-townhouse mews development and offices at Winsor Road, Totton, and nine flats in Tremona Road, Shirley, Southampton.
Managing director Russell Clarke said: "We've satisfied the stringent conditions laid down by the planning authorities and are looking forward to providing much-needed local housing for first-time buyers and investors."
Lainston is currently building more than 50 homes on four sites in the Southampton area with a further 200 in the pipeline.
Work on the £1.3m development at Victoria Road, Woolston, is due to finish by September.
Named in honour of the former Second World War Spitfire factory, Supermarine, the scheme consists of 15 one and two-bedroom apartments priced from £122,950.
Another project, the £1.6m Sunday's Hill at Bursledon Road, Hedge End, is a new-build comprising 13 one and two-bedroom apartments, with prices from £134,950. Work is due to finish by August.
