Matthews & Goodman - Mixed-Use Development - Hounslow, London

Matthews & Goodman have advised Croudace Homes on the development and marketing of a mixed use hotel, retail and restaurant development on Staines Road in Hounslow. The scheme is in a very prominent position, to the west of the town centre.

The 160-bed hotel, due for completion this summer, has been let to Etap (part of ACCOR). Croudace are known for their high quality specifications and environmental values. The hotel will benefit from solar panels at roof level, to supplement energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions.

The 7,000 sq ft ground floor unit is currently being marketed by the West End office of Matthews & Goodman for retail and restaurant use.
