Alder King - Appointment - Cornwall, Truro

Property consultants Alder King have recruited Tim Smart as their Head of Agency across Cornwall.

Newlyn born Tim has worked with Alder King since 2004 and rejoins the team after advising in a consultancy role for the last year.

He is a well known face in the Cornish property industry and has over 30 years of experience in agency, asset management, and development across all property sectors. Prior to his work with Alder King, Tim was director of Ashcroft Retail Management, specialising in asset management for shopping centres on behalf of clients including HSBC and McAlpines.

Tim will be based in Alder King's Truro office and will work across Cornwall and part of Devon. Tim is currently an advisor to ING Real Estate Development on their Hayle Harbour regeneration scheme.

Tim is also adviser to British Telecom and is working with them to develop the future strategy for Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station at the Lizard Peninsula, the biggest satellite station in the world. Tim also works with Priority Sites on their schemes across Cornwall, including current schemes under construction at Callywith Gate and Falmouth Business Park.
