Terrace Hill - Appointment - Bristol

Terrace Hill, the AIM-listed property development and investment company, has strengthened its Bristol team with the appointment of Barry Crabb MRICS BSc (Hons).

Barry, formerly of the building consultancy department at Atisreal's London office, joins Terrace Hill as a project coordinator, focusing on development opportunities throughout the south west.

Adam Pratt, director at Terrace Hill's Bristol office, comments: "Barry's arrival at Terrace Hill is a real boost and I am sure that his skills and experience will make him an indispensible part of the team."

Recent Terrace Hill schemes in the area include the Brabazon Office Park in Filton, to the north of the city, Temple Circus, an office development close to Bristol Temple Meads railway station, and the Cyprium office development on Swansea waterfront.
