Chancerygate Business Centres - Industrial Development - Greater London, Tolworth

Chancerygate Business Centres, the industrial property specialist, is to begin work in April on its latest industrial and warehouse development in Greater London - CBC Tolworth.

The 31,364 sq ft development in Red Lion Road, Tolworth will see the construction of 11 individual industrial units of between 1,800 and 4,100 sq ft suitable for either manufacturing or storage and distribution purposes. The units will be available to purchase freehold and will complete in December. Negotiations are already underway with local occupiers on a number of units.

Chancerygate's Charlie Withers says: "The site's location will provide occupiers with a very rare opportunity to acquire their own properties in a highly accessible location close to the A3."

Bonsor Penningtons and Maxwell Brown have been appointed as joint agents for CBC Tolworth.
