Terrace Hill - Offices Letting - Victoria, London
Date: 25 Mar 2008
Terrace Hill, the AIM-Listed property development and investment company, has launched its major new office scheme at 129 Wilton Road, adjacent to London's Victoria station, on to the market.
The speculatively-built scheme, provides 61,452 sq ft (5,709 sq m) of Grade A offices spread over eight floors, with floorplates ranging from 5,374 to 8,217 sq ft (499 to 763 sq m). The building is being offered a quoting rent of £69.50 per sq ft (£772 sq m).
Rob Lane of Terrace Hill comments: "There is considerable demand from both the private and public sector for Grade A office space around Victoria and 129 Wilton Road, located next to the station, is ideally-placed to take advantage of this.
"The area is due to undergo considerable regeneration work in the near future, which will make this modern office development even more attractive to potential occupiers."
The scheme includes a number of environmental features, including a Ground Source Heat Pump system that results in a carbon saving per annum of 56,000kgCO2. This is the equivalent of driving 25 Mini's 10,000 miles.
Rob Lane continues: "Sustainability and environmental factors are of great importance to many occupiers and the features we have included make 129 Wilton Road one of the most energy efficient buildings of its type in London."
129 Wilton Road is the office part of Terrace Hill's Davis House mixed-use scheme on the site, with 38 residential apartments and 7,113 sq ft (661 sq m) of retail yet to be completed.
Cushman & Wakefield and Edward Charles & Partners are letting agents.
