Chancerygate Business Centres - Industrial Development - Brentwood

Chancerygate Business Centres, the property development specialist, has begun work on its latest project, a 32,486 sq ft (3,018 sq m) industrial scheme in Tallon Road, Hutton, Brentwood to be called CBC Brentwood.

CBC Brentwood, to be completed in October, will see the development of 12 individual properties of between 2,013 sq ft (187 sq m) and 3,777 Sq Ft (351 sq m).

Chancerygate Business Centres' Charlie Withers says: "Located with direct access to the M25, CBC Welwyn will provide local occupiers and entrepreneurs with a rare opportunity to acquire their own freehold industrial and distribution accommodation."

Kemsley LLP has been appointed as agent for the scheme.
