Procare Contract Services - Industrial Other - Barnet, London
Date: 04 Apr 2008
Procare Contract Services has successfully pitched for and won a three way measured term contract (MTC) to provide 24/7, 365 days a year building trades maintenance to civic buildings owned by the London Borough of Barnet. The three year contract which is worth over £1million and will run for three years will also include schools within the borough that have opted into the authority's building maintenance package.
Procare Managing Director and Head of Contract Services, David Williams commented: "Supplying maintenance services in the form of MTC's is ideally suited to the public sector and it is a particularly strong area of growth for us - this is probably because they are organisations who generally have a regular volume of maintenance work throughout their portfolio and are perfect for controlling budgets. We are delighted to have been appointed by the London Borough of Barnet and look forward to a long and successful relationship."
Procare's Contract Services Division manages all of the company's measured term contracts (MTC's) and framework agreements providing a host of prestigious clients with regular reactive maintenance and minor building works.
