SWM Distribution - Industrial Letting - Dollis Hill, London

SWM Distribution, advised by Doherty Baines, has assigned the lease on its unit at Aquarius Business Park, Dollis Hill, London to Medequip Assistive Technology.

The homecare and rehabilitation equipment supplier has taken the 8,025 sq ft (745 sq m) warehouse premises for the remainder of the lease expiring in September 2011. The passing rent is £85,300 pa.

Michael Haines of Doherty Baines comments: "While it continues to be an excellent business location for logistics firms, Aquarius Business Park no longer featured in SWM Distribution's plans and this assignation provides SWM with the flexibility it required."

Aquarius Business Park is located off of the A406 North Circular, adjacent to junction one of the M1.

Medequip Assistive Technology was unrepresented.
