GVA Grimley - Appointment - Cardiff, Wales

GVA Grimley in Cardiff has a new Regional Head of Building Project Management and Consultancy (BPMC). Mark Weare, who previously worked for EC Harris in Cardiff, is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years experience, in particular within project management.

Mark is Prince 2 and APM qualified and has worked across a broad range of industry sectors. He played a lead role in advising the Welsh Assembly Government in the early stages of their new Assembly building in North Wales and has considerable experience in OGC commissions, which allow public sector bodies to procure services without the need for traditional tender processes.
