Exemplar Properties, one of the most successful young property development companies in the country, are creating nearly 23,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space in the heart of Leeds.

The award-winning London-based company are extending and reconfiguring the NatWest Bank premises at 8 Park Row, on the corner of Park Row and Bond Street.

The building, which is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment, will have a new banking hall and glazed entrance and will be ready for occupation in October 2008.
