Alder King - Appointment General - South West UK

Property consultants Alder King have won a major contract to undertake rent review and lease renewal work across the South West, on behalf of Wolseley PLC.

Wolseley is the world's number one distributor of heating and plumbing products to the professional market and a leading supplier of building materials. They operate under the brand names of Encon, Drain Center, Climate Center, Build Center, Brandon Hire and Electric Center.

They have appointed Alder King to undertake rent reviews and lease renewal work for their portfolio of 83 light industrial/trade counter units in the South West, which have an annual rent roll of £2.5 million.

Alder King's industrial agency team is also instructed by Wolseley and looks after their property requirements across the South West.
