Following the tremendous success of the Phase 1 industrial development last year, Pelforth Developments Ltd are now on site with construction of the Phase 2 development.

Calverton is conveniently situated with good road communications being just off the A6097 giving fast access to the A1, A46 and Nottingham ring road is just 10 mins away.
