UK Land Estates - Appointment General - Newcastle

Date: 30 Jul 2008

UK Land Estates, the largest commercial property investor and developer in North East England, has appointed leading full-service marketing agency Adessi to promote one of its most iconic buildings.

Tyne Bridge Tower sits next to the Tyne Bridge and is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment to provide first class open plan office space. Given the property's superb location it is set to be one of the most sought after office locations in the region with dramatic views of the Newcastle and Gateshead and a new interior to match.

Adessi has produced a new identity for the building and supporting print and online marketing materials that reflects its position and the unique benefits it offers.

Lisa Hunter, UK Land Estates marketing manager said: "Tyne Bridge Tower is one of the most exciting projects we've worked on. It will boast excellent modern office space with amazing views of one of the UK's best cities in which to live and work. Adessi's understanding of our requirements was impressive and we're delighted to be working with them."

Peter Willis, creative director at Adessi said. "With a project like Tyne Bridge Tower the challenge is to stay focused on the quality of the interior as the location and views are visually so good. UK Land Estates are proposing to offer the accommodation to let on flexible terms and the ground floor of the building will be fitted out to provide state of the art meeting room facilities - we needed to account for all of this information within our work.

We created a new identity for the building, based on its structure that will brand marketing materials and also the interior of the development," he said.

In the design of the brochure we have used special inks and paper stocks to highlight the quality of the location but also to encourage readers to look beyond the view to the quality of the building itself," he added.

Fast-expanding Adessi now has three offices in Newcastle, Leeds and Teesside and outsourced teams working on site at clients across the north of England. It offers strategy and branding, PR, design, media-buying, advertising, ebusiness, telemarketing and events management.
