Multi - Leisure Development - Czech Republic

On May 7, 2009 Multi Development Czech Republic and cinema operator Palace Cinemas, signed lease contracts for three newly planned multi-cinemas in Multi's developments; Forum Ústí nad Labem, Forum Liberec and Forum Nová Karolina in Ostrava.

With its five screens the cinema in Ústí nad Labem will open in the spring of 2010, to be followed by the opening of a five screens cinema in the Forum Liberec project, which will happen as a part of opening Phase II of the development. Opening of the eight screens cinema in Nová Karolina is planned for the end of 2010.

The fact that Multi Development was able to find a high-quality cinema operator for all three projects, even during the current situation in the development and real estate world, only confirms the exceptional quality and vitality of these projects and well proves Multi's Pan-European strategy to return business and life back to the centres of cities.
