Sears Property Developments - Retail - Westway Cross, 1000 Greenford Road, Westway Cross Shopping Park

The Outfit, McDonalds and HobbyCraft are the first tenants to sign up for units at Sears Property Developments' new 11,150 sq m (120,000 sq ft) Westway Cross Shopping Park, 1000 Greenford Road. The three have taken a total of 3,029 sq m(32,500 sq ft) between them.

Rents of around £269 per sq m (£25 per sq ft) have been agreed on these deals. All three tenants are currently fitting out.
