Fashion accessories retailer Claire's Accessories, advised by Blair Kirkman, has acquired a store on London's premier shopping location, Oxford Street, W1 as part of a major expansion programme.

The new shop at 93 Oxford Street, part of a block owned by Langbourn, comprises 50 sq m (537 sq ft) of ground floor sales and has been let at a rental of approximately £143,000 per annum. The store is located at the east end of Oxford Street, close to The Plaza Shopping Centre, opposite Dixons and adjacent to Tie Rack and Woodhouse.

Claire's Accessories are currently seeking additional Central London outlets to complement their new stores in Victoria Place, the Trocadero and Oxford Street.

Langbourn was represented by Hayler Osborne.
