Christmas seems to arrive earlier each year and this millennial year will be no exception at Haydock Industrial Estate where Wincanton logistics have just moved into unit 8.

Obtained from ep2 Elliott Partnership acting for their client Resolution Properties, Wincanton are paying a rental of £108,000 per annum for the 27,000 sq. ft. unit which is to be used for Christmas storage. Haydock Industrial Estate has been significantly improved over the past year and occupiers include Spica, Corus, KMC and Barlow Handling.
