Acting on behalf of Time Energy Network Limited (TEN UK), Lambert Smith Hampton has acquired space at 30 Market Place, London W1 from Pearl Assurance Plc.

The 4th and 5th floors, which comprise approximately 555 sq m (5,975 sq ft) have been taken on an effective FRI lease for a term of five years at a rent of £306.80 per sq m (£28.50 per sq ft). A four month rent free period was granted.

Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Time Energy Network Limited while Nelson Bakewell acted for Pearl Assurance Plc.
