ACE Contact Ltd, the One-2-One mobile phone dealership, has begun its 1999 expansion programme around London and the South East.

Lambert Smith Hampton has secured on behalf of ACE 298 Station Road, Harrow, West London on a new 10 year lease at £30,000 with four months rent-free. The ground floor sales area totals 48.3 sq m (520 sq ft) with ancillary space of 36 sq m (385 sq ft). Dalgleish & co represented the private freeholder.

The second is a sub-lease at 333 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1. 30 sq m (314 sq ft) on ground and mezzanine has been assigned at a passing rent of £1 1,000 pa. Churston Heard acted for the outgoing tenant.

ACE Contact Ltd is planning to increase its number of One-2-One stores to 40 over the next two years. Lambert Smith Hampton is targetting prime locations nationally.
