Paisner & Co - Leisure Development - Star City Birmingham

City law firm Paisner & Co worked on taking leases of a family entertainment centre and a sports bar in Star City Birmingham (believed to be the largest leisure development in Europe and built on the site of a former electricity power station).

Paisner & Co began by acting for First Leisure Corporation Plc, but during the course of the development it sold the relevant businesses to Megabowl Limited and Mustard Entertainments Limited respectively and Paisner therefore effectively completed the work for the benefit of those companies.
