Forsyth Business Centres - Offices Development - Teesdale, Clearwater Park

Forsyth Business Centres has been so successful in Teeside that it is to open another Business Centre at the new Clearwater Park in Teesdale. The new Centre will be within close proximity to Dunedin House, where Forsyth currently operates and which is 100% occupied.

Construction on the new building at Clearwater Park has now begun and Forsyth are to take approximately 1,874 sq m (20,000 sq ft), two-thirds of the building, for the new Centre, which is due to open in Spring 2001.

The new Centre will offer a range of offices and suites ranging from 70 sq ft to 800 sq ft.
