NAI Gooch Webster - General Development - The University of Manchester

The University of Manchester has appointed NAI Gooch Webster to administer a series of building and refurbishment contracts totalling £1m.

The contract will involve acting as building consultants on projects ranging from internal refurbishments and external structural repairs on
University buildings, through to administering a re-roofing contract.

“We were delighted to win the work,” says Mike Corkill of NAI Gooch Webster, “especially as we were selected on both cost and quality issues, aided by the fact that we can offer our clients a 24 hour Helpdesk service.”
