Welbeck Land - Offices Development - Ancells Park, Fleet

Welbeck Land has started construction of a new 2,462 sq m (26,500 sq ft) headquarters office building at Ancells Park, Fleet.

The three-storey air-conditioned building will provide high quality offices beneath an attractive barrel vaulted roof. There will be 100 car parking spaces on-site and completion is expected by December 2001.

Adrian Bouch of Welbeck Land says: "This is an exciting new development offering the highest quality office accommodation in an attractive setting for which we are already experiencing strong demand. This new scheme on Ancells Business Park will offer occupiers one of few opportunities to acquire high quality offices in the M3 corridor this year."
