Aitchison Raffety, instructed jointly with GB Hillier Parker, are advising the Rolls Royce Pension Fund on the redevelopment of a prominent site on the Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead.
Maylands House, formerly known as Sunley House, is owned by the pension fund and plans have been submitted to re-develop 32,000 sq.ft. of air-conditioned space with completion anticipated within the next 12 months. The building will be constructed to meet all modern operational requirements and attractively finished with curtain sided wall elevations and 132 car-parking spaces.
This redevelopment represents tbe first speculative prestige office development of any substantial size in Hemel Hempstead since the early 1990's.
