JW Muir Group are pleased to announce the completion of Phase IV Fairways Business Park, Livingston comprising a new 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) high quality open plan office building with the benefit of 65 car parking spaces. This latest phase of development represents the next stage of the highly successful Business Park which now boasts a range of blue chip tenants including BUPA, British Midland, Royal London Insurance and Sema Group.

The success of Fairways is a combination of its unique location overlooking the M8 Glasgow –Edinburgh Motorway allied with the continued growth of Livingston.

The investment to date by the Muir Group in Fairways is approx. £9 million with the Business Park now providing 5,574 sq m (60,000 sq ft) of office space as well as a fully operational petrol filling station, Travel Inn and Beefeater Restaurant. This investment adds to the considerable investment already made by the Muir Group with the development of Deer Park Golf and Country Club situated adjacent to Fairways Office Park .

The Business Park has already created 300 jobs although this is estimated to increase to approximatley 1,000 with the development of a further 7060 sq m (76,000 sq ft) of office space. This additional development will represent a £15 million investment by the Muir Group bringing the total investment in Fairways Business Park to £24 million.
