A new dawn could soon arrive for the East Kilbride property market. A brand new business location is about to emerge within the town - Kelvin Park - and the developer is Dawn Developments Limited.

The first part of the development is already complete. A 23,000 sq ft warehouse unit is now available and ready for occupation. The unit is semi-detached with a large private yard and parking area and offers 100% expansion potential. There is a shortage of this type of unit in East Kilbride and with Kelvin Park, Dawn are hopeful that they can fill this important supply gap in the town.

In East Kilbride, the shortages are not just confined to the industrial market. There is also a recognised shortage of modern office space. At the moment, occupiers have little choice other than 1970's style space in multi storey locations like Plaza Tower.
Dawn hope to extend this choice at Kelvin Park where modern office pavilions can be provided on a design and build basis.

Similar new build opportunities are also available to the town's industrial occupiers. At Kelvin Park there is the potential to accommodate up to 25,000 sq ft of new industrial space. And unlike many developers who will only build new space on a leaseback basis, Dawn will also consider sales - this is the route that many occupiers now wish to pursue.
