Catella Property Consultant - Offices Development - Surrey, Reigate, Roebuck Road

Cornhill Insurance, advised by Catella has acquired a site in Reigate Town Centre and has immediately started the speculative development of a 2,322.50 sq m (25,000 sq ft) office development with an end value when fully let, of approximately £9 million.

Planning permission was recently granted for the 3-storey grade A offices in Roebuck Road, Reigate. The development will consist 3 floors of air-conditioned offices and benefit from some 80 car parking spaces, and is due for completion in the Spring of 2002.

Trevor Brown of Catella comments: "Cornhill's purchase of the site and the decision to commence construction immediately on being granted planning permission shows their continuing confidence in Reigate and the area as a first class office location".
