Belvedere Smith, in association with Fraser House Developments Limited, have commenced the redevelopment of the former Rio Grande Public House, 56 Kingston Road, Staines to provide a new air-conditioned office building of 6,763 sq ft with on-site parking for 17 cars.
The building which will be available for occupation in November 2001, is of an attractive design being constructed of brick and reconstituted stone under a zinc roof.
This development, to be known as Fraser House, will be the third scheme that Belvedere Smith have developed in the locality in recent years, having been responsible for Centurion House, London Road Staines which led the way in rejuvenating this part of town and Katherine House, High Street, Egham.
The London and Staines Offices of Stiles Harold Williams have been appointed as joint Marketing Agents.
