COSTCO UK OPENS IN LEEDS

Costco UK Limited, the Membership Warehouse Club operator has today opened a warehouse in Leeds, located on Leathley Road, Hunsiet, approximately 1/2 mile south east of the city centre.

The new 125,000 sq ft warehouse is the sixth trading in the UK and another is scheduled to open in Edinburgh in September. Costco has existing warehouses in Watford, West Thurrock, Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.

Managing Director, Jim Murphy says:

"We are continuing to seek additional locations throughout the UK with an emphasis on London and Birmingham, based on the success of our existing warehouses."
