Computacenter (UK) Ltd, the global IT support company, is to create a new flagship office at Keith House, South Gyle, Edinburgh.
In a 'back to back' transaction, Computacenter secured an assignation of second floor of Keith House totalling 1,260 sqm (13,565 sqft) from Marsh Holdings Ltd, whilst sub-letting their existing ground floor suite 650 sq m (7,000 sqft) to the Bank of Scotland (t/a Sainsburys Bank).
