HFM Consulting Engineers - Offices Development - Bolton, Parklands

HFM Consulting Engineers has been appointed by Orbit Developments to design and oversee the installation of M&E services at a new 50,000 sq. ft. unit at Parklands, Bolton.

Pre-let to a major plc, the new offices are due for completion in November and will feature full air conditioning, state-of-the-art lighting and associated controls, fire alarms, emergency electricity supplies and UPS systems.

Parklands is located adjacent to Orbit's successful, mixed-use Middlebrook development, which features leisure, business and industrial parks as well as residential estates and Bolton Wanderers' Reebok Football Stadium.

Principal contractor at Parklands is Jones Contracts.
