HFM Consulting Engineers - Offices Development - Stockport, Kings Reach Business Park

Acting on behalf of Taylor Woodrow Property Company Ltd., HFM Consulting Engineers has provided the M&E consultancy on three speculative office buildings at , Stockport.

Construction of the new offices, which comprise developments of 10,000 sq. ft., 20,000 sq. ft and 25,000 sq. ft., is due to commence in the summer of 2001 and is scheduled for completion by Spring 2002. The new buildings represent the first phase in the development of the 135-acre gross site, which will be completed over the next 3 years.

HFM has advised on all incoming services to the scheme including electrical supply, IT, air conditioning, ventilation, heating fire alarms and broadband communication. The company will also act as consultant on the infrastructure for water, gas and services across the entire site.

GJ Seddon is the principal contractor on the Kings Reach development.
