Asticus (UK) Ltd - Offices Development - London EC2, 25 Gresham Street

Date: 17 Sep 2001

On 14th September Asticus (UK) Ltd, part of the IVG Group, marked the `topping out` of its flagship City development, Arboris, at 25 Gresham Street EC2 in an event where due respect was paid to victims of the terrorist attacks in New York earlier in the week.

Proceedings were presided over by Dr Dirk Matthey, CFO of the major German property company and pan-European real estate investor, IVG Group, the parent of Asticus. Dr Matthey stated:

"Arboris can be considered as another integral part of IVG's commitment to the London property market. We are glad that we were able to win Nicholas Grimshaw, the internationally renowned architect for this project. His exceptional architectural style and the prestigious location make Arboris a landmark of the City."

The construction is on programme and is scheduled for completion to Category A finish in late Summer 2002. The building will provide 10,193 sq m (109,718 sq ft) of first class office accommodation, delivered into a market place which is suffering a shortage of high quality, available office accommodation.
