Rocklands Estates Ltd of Hayes Middlesex have secured a 7.5 acre office development site at M4 J23A. Richard Powell Tuck of consultant surveyors Burtnett Davies said, "This is the first Motorway Junction having travelled over the Second Severn Bridge into South Wales. Geographically the site is closer to Bristol than Cardiff". Rocklands are hoping to attract a single office/high tech occupier for this highly visual site which will house up to 100,000sf of offices with 250 car spaces.
