CMS Cameron McKenna - Offices Development - Gibraltar, Windmill Hill

Leading international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna, has completed a four year transaction between GE Capital Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited and the Gibraltan Government to secure the development of a new satellite station on Windmill Hill, Gibraltar.

Positioned on a hillside, the station is an important development for GE Capital Satellites (Gibraltar) Limited. The lack of surrounding buildings will facilitate the clear transmission and reception to and from their satellites. The development and manning of the station will also be an important new source of local employment in Gibraltar.

Acting for GE Capital, a long-standing client of CMS Cameron McKenna, was David Saunders, partner(Property). Local advice was provided by Gibraltarian firm, Triay & Triay. Hassans of Gibraltar represented the Gibraltarian Government.
