London & Regional Properties - Offices Development - London NW10, Firstcentral Office Park

Date: 16 Jan 2002

As Phase 1 of Firstcentral Office Park, NW10 proceeds on schedule towards its completion in August this year, the positioning of the new Central Line road bridge, providing direct access from the site to the A40, was lowered in to position in the early hours of Saturday 5th January 2002.

Developers London & Regional Properties and Guinness UDV arranged for the 210 ton bridge, designed by Mott MacDonald, to be installed as part of the project's £30 million (£12 million of which is SRB funded) infrastructure improvements which include:

- a new Central/Piccadilly Line tube interchange

- a new access road to the A40 both east- and westbound

- a new London Transport bus interchange with a more
frequent and expanded route network.

In addition, the new 17,000 sq m (183,000 sq ft) Guinness UDV headquarters building will be handed over in March.

Letting agents for Firstcentral are Strutt & Parker and Healey & Baker.
