Paragon Interiors Group Plc - Offices Development - Manchester, Salford Quays

Nottingham’s commercial interiors specialist Paragon Interiors Group Plc has secured projects totalling 70,000 sq ft with BUPA Healthcare.

Work on an 18,000 sq ft customer response centre in Salford Quays, Manchester, begins early March in premises formerly refurbished by Paragon for Royal Bank of Scotland. Two further 25,000 sq ft distribution centres are also scheduled for Leeds and Birmingham with works starting in late March.

The new contract takes Paragon’s partnership with BUPA to over 100,000 sq ft in the last 18 months and adds to the 200,000 sq ft of design work Paragon currently has on its books.
