Units 2 to 6 Sergeants Way, on the Elms Wood industrial estate, have been bought for close to the asking price of £585,000 by Bedfordia Properties through agents Douglas Duff.

"In spite of the cautious economic forecasts, commercial property still represents a good investment" commented Roy Douglas of Douglas Duff who acted on behalf of clients Bedfordia Properties Ltd. "This investment is expected to show a return of 8.5 per cent after fees have been paid."
