Developer, Welbeck Land, has completed the construction of Fleet 27, a new 2,520 sq m (27,127 sq ft) headquarters office building, at Ancells Park, Fleet, Hampshire.

The prominent, three-storey air-conditioned building provides high quality offices with 100 on-site car parking spaces at a ratio of 1:270 sq ft. The property has been designed to provide open plan, flexible and efficient space.
