Franklin + Andrews - Retail Development - Sainsbury's

Top international property and construction consultant Franklin + Andrews has been selected as one of Sainsbury's new consultants in a three-year deal involving a number of multi-million pound projects.

After an exhaustive procurement process involving a number of submissions and interviews, Franklin + Andrews was chosen as one of Sainsbury's new cost consultants/employers agents to form a strategic alliance.

Franklin + Andrews will work on store extensions and associated asset development opportunities.

Such is the breadth of Sainsbury's property portfolio that all 13 of Franklin + Andrews' offices throughout the UK will be involved.

Spencer James, Key Account Manager at Franklin + Andrews said:

'Sainsbury's has been in our sights for a number of years and we are very excited at this opportunity to work with them.

'We have already started work on around a dozen extension projects and we are delighted to be a key part of the Sainsbury's delivery team.'
