Faithful & Gould - Offices Development - London EC1, St John’s Lane, Exchange Place

A major new office development with over 90,000 sq ft of space has been completed on time with the help of experts at Faithful & Gould.

The new office development in Exchange Place, St John’s Lane, London, was built as a headquarters office building by developers Bee Bee Developments Ltd.

The developers turned to worldwide project and cost consultants Faithful & Gould – a member of the WS Atkins group of companies - for quantity surveying and planning supervisor services.

The experts at Faithful & Gould were involved on the shell, core and cat A fit-out of the project, carried out by contractor Kier London.

The building, designed by The Thomas Saunders Partnership and which has just recently been completed, is now available To Let and is currently being marketed by FPD Savills and Atis Weatherall.

Associate Director at Faithful & Gould Hugh Redrup said: “The non adversarial approach by all parties contributed to a smooth running and successfully completed project.”
