Faithful & Gould - Leisure Development - Leeds, Albion Street

The latest addition to the list of exciting new Tiger Tiger bar/restaurants opened recently in Leeds.

The popular, late-night businesses have been developed by Chorion Plc. The company turned to Faithful & Gould – a member of the WS Atkins group of companies - to assist with the fit out of this new operation.

Faithful & Gould staff acted as employers’ agent and also provided quantity surveying and planning supervisor services for the fit-out of the bar in The Light, Leisure Complex in Albion Street, central Leeds.

The late-night bar/restaurant, which stays open until 3am, is divided into eight separate areas, including the Tiger Bar, Kazbar, Canadian Lodge, restaurant and lounge. Each area offers customers a different environment, with quality fittings and a high quality feel.

The fit-out took 16 weeks and was completed in mid-October 2001 by designers and contractors Design Build Partnership. The Tiger Tiger bar/restaurant opened to the public in the second week of November last year.

The Leeds development follows the opening of businesses in Haymarket London, Birmingham, Manchester and Portsmouth, all of which involved Faithful & Gould, which is one of the world’s leading providers of project and cost management consultancy.
