ATIS Real Weatheralls - Offices Development - London EC2, 17 Dominion Street

On behalf of clients, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has launched 17 Dominion Street, London EC2, its latest City office development, onto the market.

The 3,267 sq m (35,166 sq ft) high-specification office scheme, funded by Abbey Life Assurance Company ltd, will be completed by Spring 2003. The air-conditioned development, close to Broadgate, will comprise nine floors of approximately 420 sq m (4,500 sq ft).

David Rosser of sole letting agent ATIS Real Weatheralls says: “17 Dominion Street will fill a gap in the market which has been generated by a lack of grade A accommodation in the 30-40,000 sq ft size band in this area of the City.”
