ATIS Real Weatheralls - Mixed-Use Letting - West Drayton, Zodiac Park in High Road

Easter Developments and Lattice Group Pension Scheme, advised by ATIS Real Weatheralls and De Souza, has pre-let Unit 7, Zodiac Park in High Road, West Drayton to Ebara Pumps Europe.

The pump manufacturer has taken the 7,073 sq ft (655 sq m) warehouse and office space on a 15-year lease at a rent of £10 per sq ft (£107.64 per sq m). There will be five-yearly rent reviews and a three-month rent-free period.

James Haestier of ATIS Weatheralls says: “We are pleased to have completed the first deal at Zodiac Park and are encouraged by the high level of interest we have received from potential occupiers.”

Zodiac Park totals more than 120,000 sq ft (11,148 sq m) of prime production/distribution development, comprising eight units of between 7,000 sq ft (650 sq m) and 58,000 sq ft (5,388 sq m).

The scheme is well located, near Heathrow Airport and both the M4 and M25 motorways, with a direct train service from West Drayton to London Paddington and tube access from Uxbridge.

The tenant was unrepresented.
